AML Consultancy Ltd. is my company. My name is Angela Lockett and I specialise in developing communication skills between companies and their clients, managers and their teams, trainers and their learners.
I’m passionate about helping individuals and organisations to develop and improve their communication skills. I’m fascinated when small changes in habits and behaviours get great results. More confidence, less hassle, and – interestingly for the organisation – better quality and quantity of business.
How do I do this? Well, I’ve been working in learning and development for 25 years, 14 of those years running my own company. So I’ve developed a good balance of experience and skills, and been able to explore, and refine, how to get the best results for my clients.
My clients are pretty diverse. Communication skills are a key requirement in all areas of business, so I’ve found myself working with investment bankers, charity workers, airline crew, call centre staff… you get the picture. The one thing my clients have in common is that they are looking for somebody they can rely on, to help them achieve the changes in performance and processes they are looking for.
