®I’m pleased to have been asked by The Learning Sanctuary to become their Programme Director for the Advanced Certificate in Training and Occupational Learning (AdCITOL). I’d better explain what that grand-sounding title means in practice, and why it might be useful to you!
The Learning Sanctuary is a UK-based provider of qualifications and master classes for everyone involved in learning and training, from those about to deliver a training session for the first time all the way through to senior executives responsible for the overall effectiveness of learning in an organisation. The Learning Sanctuary works in partnership with ITOL (Institute of Training and Occupational Learning), to provide this wide range of accredited qualifications. AdCITOL: My role as Programme Director for the Advanced Certificate in Training and Occupational Learning means that I have designed and now deliver this programme throughout the U.K., both on an open-course and in-house basis. The feedback from trainers who have attended the programmes so far has been extremely positive (see below). We’re therefore getting lots of interest for both this and our other qualification programmes, so please book quickly if you would like to take the opportunity of developing your knowledge, skills and network.
